getting to know you
Our process begins with you.
Getting to know our new clients helps us plan a wedding that reflects their styles, tastes, and personalities. In our initial meeting, we will discuss your personal style, your favorite restaurants and date nights, and better understand what a perfect day sounds like to you. Since we believe that your wedding should be a true reflection of you, we want to know you both as a couple and as individuals! During this meeting, our team will review a general timeline for your day as well as suggest an appropriate budget for your celebration.
planning & logistics
From Timelines to Tents
After we better understand your wedding vision, we will schedule venue visits for you and your family. We take into account your guest list, the season in which you want to have your wedding, the destination, and the aesthetics that are important to you. From there, we will recommend creative vendors to bring your vision to life.
In addition to our full-service wedding weekend planning, we plan engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, bachelorette parties, and farewell brunches.
event design
Design is in the Details
We design luxury celebrations to tell your story in your chosen venue. We transform ballrooms to feel like enchanted English gardens, waterfront tents to be grand, black tie soirees, and Italian villas to become the stunning backdrop to your celebration.
onsite management & coordination
Simply put, we will be onsite to handle all of the details.
Starting with setup the week (or two!) before the wedding day begins, the Cristina Calvert Weddings team coordinates every detail. Our team orchestrates all vendor activity throughout the day, and we are almost always the last to leave the reception at the end of the night. From beginning to end, we execute every facet of the wedding day so you are free to fully enjoy the celebration!
For destination weddings, we also organize all travel needs - air, ground transportation, hotel bookings, and weekend activities.

We understand that weddings are a large investment in time and resources, and we want you to feel confident knowing that Cristina Calvert Weddings will guide you and your family every step of the way. Our beginning wedding day investment is $300,000. Every wedding is custom tailored to you, and as such, we only accept a limited number of full planning clients per year. Please inquire for design only services.
